Ashleigh Smith
Ingredients
- 12 oz Fresh Spinach
- 10 oz Romaine Lettuce
- 6 Green Bunching Onions Chopped
- 1-2 Packages Chicken Ramen Noodles with Seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3-4 Boneless, Skinnless Cooked Chicken Breasts
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
Instructions
1. Cook and chop the chicken breasts. Allow to cool.
2. Smash dry ramen noodles. In a pan melt butter and mix with chicken seasoning packets. Add the smashed noodles and cook until noodles start to brown.
3. Mix lettuce, spinach, chicken, and browned noodles together.
4. Mix all sauce ingredients. Pour over salad mixture right before serving and toss until well coated.
5. Top salad with sesame seeds.
