- 1 cup of chia seed flour (blend well chia seeds dry in a blender, magic bullet or food processor)
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Mix well to get a nice non sticky elastic dough. if too moist add a handful of almond flour more to the dough. blend well. Dough makes 15 tortillas.
Divide dough to 15 medium size balls and roll out with a rolling pin or a tortilla compressor.
Add a tsp of olive oil on medium/high heat once its warm add the tortillas cook for 2 minutes then flip over and do the same on the other side.
