Ginger Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Petite Baby Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger Root
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place carrots in a pan and cover with water. Boil 8-10 minutes. Drain.

2. In a sauce pan combine butter, ginger, honey, salt and pepper. Bring to a low boil and simmer while carrots cook.

3. Pour over cooked carrots and toss to coat with the glaze.
