Break Out and Sprout Challenge:
Sprouting is a quick and easy way to start growing your own food. From protein-filled beans to antioxidant-rich greens, sprouts are ready to eat in as little as 3-7 days. What are sprouts? They are germinated seeds that are enjoyable to eat at the first stage of growth on a seed’s journey. Some of the most popular seeds to sprout include broccoli, radishes, lettuce, alfalfa, mung beans, peas, lentils, and so many more! To get started, all you need is some water, a jar, and a sprouting lid. Over the coming week, complete these challenge items to enjoy the many benefits sprouts have to offer while breaking out and sprouting into healthy habits.

3. Break Out and Spend At Least 15 minutes Outside Each Day
Day in and day out, we as humans love to stick to our same old habits. Try to break up the monotony by getting outside for some fresh air, sunshine, and a change of scenery each day. Just a few minutes out in nature daily can help reduce stress, boost your mood, improve concentration, and improve your well-being.
4. Set A Goal to Get Out and Get Gains on Good Habits This Year
The Sprout for Health Challenge is about more than checking off a few boxes for one month out of the year. It is about taking some time to consider what you need to thrive today, tomorrow, next month, next year, and onward. Consider what you can do to sprout into better habits and continue to build on for further gains and success in whatever it may be that you feel your life could benefit from.
