70-90 Days to maturity. Solanum tuberosum. Organic Red Norland Seed Potatoes. Non-GMO, open-pollinated, heirloom, certified organic, cool-season annual seed potatoes. An early red potato producing smooth, thin red skins with shallow eyes and white flesh. Excellent for boiling, roasting, and potato salads; holds shape well. Developed at North Dakota State University for northern climates. Moderately resistant to common scab. About 5 whole tubers per pound, though this may vary.
