In the landscape peonies are great for use as a cut flower, border, or background plant. It has an upright, bushy growth habit with tolerance to deer and rabbits. Coral Sunset flowers are toxic if consumed by humans, dogs, cats, and horses. These large, semi-double bowl-shaped blooms have elegant, ruffle petals that explode with exciting corally-pink colors. Unlike other peonies, these outstanding and fragrant blooms do not typically need staking, thanks to their strong, sturdy stems.
