White Ice Mustard - Non-GMO, Organic. Sinapis alba. White Ice Mustard is lovely and a different mustard microgreen. The green cotelydons have a speckled purple reverse and a fuzzy stem giving them a substantial texture. The flavor is sweet and spicy and does not over linger on the tongue. All and all delicious!
