21-40 days to maturity. Brassica rapa var. japonica. Early Mibuna Mustard Seeds. Non-GMO, warm or cool-season, annual, heirloom. Similar to mizuna greens, mibuna mustard is a flavorful Japanese green strap leaf mustard with a mild mustard flavor.
