The central rosette is tight with a beautiful lime green to yellow center. This lettuce holds well at maturity, is heat tolerant, and is very slow to bolt. It's adaptable to many growing conditions, but this is a cool weather plant, preferring 60°F to 65°F. It can be grown in spring and fall, and slow bolting by shading summer crops.
