Boysenberries are a hybrid bramble fruit that combines raspberry, blackberry, loganberry, and dewberry. Known for their deep reddish-purple color and rich, tangy-sweet flavor, boysenberries are excellent for fresh eating, preserves, pies, and syrups. Just be sure to use them soon after harvesting, as they have a short shelf life.
