Water Pepper Seeds (Akatade)

Water Pepper is a spicy perennial herb. It is also known as Asian Marshpepper, Knotweed, and Smartweed. It is most commonly used in Asian cuisine. You can also grow it as a microgreen. As a microgreen, you can expect Water Pepper to display shades of Avacado green with a mahogany stem. Add these to your next salad for some incredible color and a peppery mustard punch.
