Spaghetti Winter Squash Seeds
Back to All Squash Seeds
Spaghetti Squash is a winter squash variety with an oblong shape. They are about the size and shape of a football, but with more blunt ends. They are often pale yellow or pink-hued, with a thick rind with orange or yellow flesh. They have a mild flavor that is almost neutral. So named because when cooked the flesh breaks down into long, spaghetti-like strands, that are often used as a pasta substitute. Always a big hit with kids who otherwise won't eat their squash... Will store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 to 3 months.
