Asian microgreens are popular microgreens used for topping soups, sushi, or shabu shabu-prepared meals. They are the seeds of vegetable varieties common to Asian cuisine and include seeds such as shiso, leeks, mustard, and Chinese broccoli. The hot types, such as mustard, are known to host a bold flavor similar to that of foods such as wasabi.
