Ingredients
- 24 oz Frozen Chopped Broccoli
- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
- 2 lb Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 lb Velveeta American Cheese
Instructions
1. Butter or spray the bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan.
2. Thaw and drain broccoli. Lightly blend in a food processor for a smoother texture.
3. Mix broccoli, beaten eggs, flour, butter, cottage cheese, and diced velveeta.
4. Pour mixture into buttered 9x13 pan and bake at 350 F for 1.5 hours.
