Ingredients
- 1 Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1.5 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 16 oz Rotini Pasta
- 2 Chicken Breasts Cooked, Chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped (2-3 Sticks)
- 1/2 cup Grapes, cut in half
- 1 can Mandarin Oranges
Instructions
1. Boil chicken breasts until cooked. While they are cooking, start preparing the rest of the ingredients. Once the chicken is cooked, chop it up and set in the fridge to cool down.
2. Wisk together the miracle whip, orange juice, basil, and ginger.
3. Chop the celery and cut the grapes in half, add to the miracle whip dressing mix and toss together. Place in the fridge to keep cool.
4. Cook the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked run it under cold water to stop the pasta from becoming too soft. Once cooled mix into the dressing along with the chicken.
This salad may be served right away, but I find it is better served after chilling for a couple of hours.
