Ingredients
- 1 Cup Miracle Whip
- 14 oz Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Optional: Diced Tomato
- Optional: Sliced Green Bunching Onions
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients except diced tomatoes and sliced green onions. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
2. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
3. Serve with crackers. We recommend Sociables or nut crackers.
