Lettuce Seeds
Browse lettuce seeds by type. Romaine
lettuce has a central rib that runs the length of each leaf. Crisphead lettuce is the traditional roundhead lettuce,
usually with a crisp crunch. Leaf lettuce is fast-growing and
grows in loose clusters as opposed to compact heads. Butterhead lettuce has a soft, supple texture described
as buttery, and mostly grows in loose heads. Batavian
lettuce is slower to bolt in the summer heat and has ruffled leaves. Asian lettuce is popular in Asian cultures and cuisine, and
doesn't fit neatly into other lettuce categories. Lettuce
mixes are a blend of one or more types that grow well together.
