Chicken Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Lb Coleslaw (Mixed Cabbage, Purple Cabbage, Carrots)
- 1 Head Broccoli Florets
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts, cubed or shredded
- 2 Gala Apples, diced
- 1 12 oz. Bottle Poppyseed Dressing
Instructions
1. Cook chicken. Cut cabbage and carrots to make a coleslaw mix, or use a prepared bag mixture. Cut broccoli and apples.
2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss with dressing.

I decided to make a career of it and have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
