Dow Purple Pod is a vigorous climber with 7 to 8 inch long, purple podded snap beans. The flowers are a lovely purple just like the beans. The interior of the bean pods are almost neon green and are an amazing contrast to the purple exterior. The seed is white colored, with a very delightful intense "bean" flavor.
