Filling Ingredients
- 4-5 Cups Peaches
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- Dash Cinnamon
Crumble Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
- 1/3 Cup Cold Butter
- 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
- Dash Nutmeg
Instructions
1. Clean and slice peaches. Combine sugar and peaches. Allow to sit for about 15-20 minutes. This will allow the juices to be pulled from the fruit.
2. Add all crumble ingredients to a bowl and combine using a pastry cutter until it appears as small crumbs. Refrigerate.
3. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all remaining filling ingredients and place in a square baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches and bake for 45-50 minutes.
5. Allow to cool before eating. This will help the filling to thicken a bit.
